Attoz Capsule Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Attoz Capsule, including public pages, trials, paid subscriptions, guided AI intake, Voice AI, SMS customer care, dashboards, and related product experiences.

Agreement

These Terms are between you and Attoz Corp. By accessing or using Attoz Capsule, starting a trial, submitting an intake request, using Voice AI, receiving SMS customer care messages, accessing a dashboard, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Capsule for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use Capsule.

What Capsule provides

Attoz Capsule provides guided AI intake for local service businesses, powered by Micro Vertical Intake. Capsule can help capture, clarify, and structure customer service requests before follow up through web intake, Voice AI, SMS customer care messages, dashboards, and related product surfaces.

Business subscriber responsibilities

  • You are responsible for responding to customers, reviewing requests, honoring your own service commitments, and confirming job details before performing work.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, service descriptions, pricing claims, availability, licensing, insurance, and customer communications you provide.
  • You must not use Capsule for spam, unsolicited marketing, illegal activity, harassment, deception, impersonation, or any activity that violates law or carrier rules.
  • You must obtain and maintain any consent required for communications you initiate outside Capsule.

Trials, subscriptions, and payment

Capsule may offer trial access, paid subscriptions, activation paths, and plan based features. Trial availability, included usage, pricing, billing timing, cancellation rights, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the product experience when applicable.

Payment processing is handled by a third party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processor and Attoz Corp to process payments according to the selected plan and checkout terms.

No guaranteed business outcome

Capsule does not guarantee leads, booked jobs, conversions, revenue, profit, search ranking, AI recommendations, customer response time, uninterrupted uptime, or any specific business outcome. Capsule improves intake structure, but business results depend on market demand, business quality, responsiveness, pricing, reputation, and other factors outside Attoz Corp's control.

As-is service

Capsule is provided as-is and as available, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Attoz Corp does not promise that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every business use case.

Proprietary rights and restrictions

Attoz Capsule's interface, intake flow logic, Voice AI system, dashboard, Micro Vertical Intake method, nonpublic AI instructions, request handling methods, evaluation methods, automation structure, and operational configuration are proprietary to Attoz Corp.

No user, business subscriber, competitor, contractor, or third party may reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, clone, copy, frame, benchmark for competitive purposes, or use Capsule to create a competing service without written permission from Attoz Corp.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Capsule to send spam, unsolicited marketing, unlawful messages, misleading offers, or abusive communications.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business.
  • Do not scrape, overload, probe, attack, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service request and appropriate for the business context.
  • Do not use Capsule in a way that violates telecommunications, privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.

Service availability and changes

Capsule may be updated, limited, interrupted, suspended, or modified for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider issues, legal compliance, or product improvement. Some features depend on third party infrastructure, communication networks, carriers, payment processors, and hosting providers.

Suspension and termination

Attoz Corp may suspend or terminate access for violation, abuse, unlawful use, platform interference, or nonpayment. When reasonable, Attoz Corp may attempt to provide notice before termination, except where immediate suspension is needed to protect the platform, users, business subscribers, end customers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attoz Corp's total liability for any claim related to Capsule is limited to the amount paid for the service in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Florida unless applicable law requires otherwise.
