Attoz Capsule Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Attoz Capsule handles information for business subscribers, trial users, paid subscribers, and end customers who use Capsule intake, Voice AI, SMS, and related product experiences.
Who this policy covers
Attoz Capsule is operated by Attoz Corp. This policy applies to business subscribers, trial users, paid subscribers, end customers who submit service requests, and visitors who use Capsule public pages, intake flows, Voice AI, SMS customer care messages, checkout, dashboards, or related product experiences.
Attoz Capsule is a guided AI intake system for local service businesses, powered by Micro Vertical Intake.
Information we collect
Capsule collects information needed to operate intake, customer communication, subscription activation, product support, and account administration.
- Business subscriber information, including name, business name, email address, phone number, plan selection, billing status, and account activity.
- End customer request data, including service type, request description, urgency, preferred contact method, phone number, email address, service address when provided, and optional request details or optional photos when provided.
- Voice AI and SMS communication data, including inbound call consent signals, message content, timestamps, delivery status, opt out status, HELP requests, and consent records.
- Product dashboard activity, including account access events, lead review activity, administrative actions, and product usage signals needed for support, security, and service reliability.
- Payment and subscription status from third party payment processors. Capsule does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
- Technical data, including device, browser, IP address, page activity, referral source, and security logs used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To provide guided AI intake, Voice AI, SMS customer care messages, request routing to the business subscriber, account setup, product support, billing, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
- To create structured request summaries for business subscribers so they can follow up with customers more clearly.
- To maintain consent records, honor STOP and HELP instructions, prevent spam, and comply with communication obligations.
- To improve reliability, user experience, onboarding, and service quality without exposing private customer data publicly.
- To enforce our legal rights, investigate abuse, comply with law, and protect Attoz Corp, subscribers, end customers, and the public.
Business subscriber access to request details
When an end customer submits a request through a Capsule operated by a business subscriber, that business subscriber can see the request details because delivering structured request context to the business is the purpose of the system.
Some access, correction, deletion, or retention requests may depend on the business subscriber when the customer submitted data through a Capsule operated by that business.
Advertising and tracking
We do not run ad campaigns. We do not use tracking pixels from third-party ad networks. We do not build profiles for marketing purposes.
SMS and phone communication privacy
When a person provides a phone number through Capsule, calls a Capsule enabled number, replies by SMS, or submits an intake form with SMS consent, Capsule may use that number for customer care messages related to the request, account, service follow up, consent confirmation, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Mobile opt in information, SMS consent records, and phone numbers collected for Capsule messaging are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Third party providers
Capsule uses third party infrastructure, hosting, communication, analytics, security, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Attoz Corp or as required by law.
Payment processing is handled by a third party processor. The processor may collect payment method details, billing address, risk signals, and transaction information under its own legal terms.
Data retention and deletion
Capsule retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and opt out records, support subscribers, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.
Business subscribers and end customers may request deletion or correction of personal information by contacting Attoz Corp. Some records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing records, dispute resolution, consent history, or service integrity.
Security
Capsule uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Capsule is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure and preserve operational trust.
If Attoz Corp becomes aware of a breach affecting personal data, it will notify affected parties in accordance with applicable law.
