Attoz Capsule AI Use Policy

This policy explains how AI supports Capsule intake and where human business responsibility remains required.

How Capsule uses AI

Capsule uses AI to guide intake, ask context appropriate questions, support Voice AI interactions, clarify service requests, structure request summaries, and help business subscribers understand what a customer needs before follow up.

AI is used to support request intake. It is not a substitute for a licensed professional, legal advisor, medical provider, financial advisor, emergency service, or the business subscriber's own judgment.

Human responsibility

  • Business subscribers are responsible for reviewing customer requests before acting on them.
  • Business subscribers are responsible for deciding whether to accept a job, quote a price, schedule service, dispatch a technician, or communicate final terms.
  • End customers should verify important details directly with the business before relying on scheduling, pricing, or service availability.

Voice AI

Capsule may use Voice AI to answer inbound calls, collect request context, offer a text continuation path, and help structure the request for business follow up. Calls may be processed to operate the service, maintain quality, preserve consent records, troubleshoot issues, and protect against abuse.

No guaranteed accuracy or outcome

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misinterpreted. Capsule does not guarantee leads, jobs, conversions, revenue, availability, response quality, or business outcomes. The business subscriber remains responsible for customer follow up and final decisions.

Proprietary AI systems

Capsule's interface, intake flow logic, Voice AI system, dashboard, Micro Vertical Intake method, nonpublic AI instructions, request handling methods, evaluation methods, automation structure, and operational configuration are proprietary to Attoz Corp. Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, clone, or use the service to create a competing product.

Prohibited AI use

  • Do not use Capsule to impersonate another person or business.
  • Do not use Capsule to generate spam, unlawful messages, deceptive claims, harassment, or abusive communications.
  • Do not attempt to extract nonpublic AI instructions, hidden instructions, proprietary configuration, or nonpublic system behavior.
  • Do not use Capsule output as professional advice where licensed professional judgment is required.
