Attoz Capsule Data Processing
This page explains the practical data processing roles and lifecycle for Capsule business subscribers, end customers, trials, paid subscriptions, and support.
Processing roles
Attoz Corp operates Capsule as the provider of the product experience. Business subscribers use Capsule to receive and manage service requests from end customers. Depending on the context and applicable law, Attoz Corp may act as an independent business, controller, processor, or service provider for limited processing activities.
Categories of processed data
- Business subscriber account data, including name, business name, email address, phone number, plan, billing status, and account activity.
- End customer request data, including service type, request description, urgency, phone number, email address, service address when provided, and optional photos or details when provided.
- Communication logs, including calls, SMS messages, timestamps, delivery signals, support records, HELP requests, STOP requests, and consent records.
- Dashboard activity and product usage data needed for security, support, service quality, and account administration.
- Payment status and subscription records received from a third party payment processor.
Purpose of processing
- Providing guided AI intake and Voice AI experiences.
- Delivering structured service request context to the business subscriber.
- Supporting SMS customer care messages and consent management.
- Operating trials, paid subscriptions, checkout, support, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
- Complying with legal obligations and enforcing Attoz Corp rights.
Subprocessors and providers
Capsule may use third party infrastructure providers for hosting, communication delivery, payment processing, analytics, support, monitoring, and security. These providers process data only as needed to provide services to Attoz Corp or as legally required.
Retention and deletion
Capsule retains data for the period needed to provide the service, maintain subscriber records, honor opt outs, preserve consent records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy billing and legal obligations, and protect product integrity.
Deletion requests may be submitted to Attoz Corp. Attoz Corp may retain limited records when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing history, consent records, or opt out enforcement.
Some access, correction, deletion, or retention requests may depend on the business subscriber when the customer submitted data through a Capsule operated by that business.
International and provider processing
Capsule and its providers may process data in the United States and other locations where providers operate. By using Capsule, subscribers and users understand that data may be processed where service providers maintain infrastructure.
