Attoz Capsule SMS Consent Policy

This policy explains when Capsule sends SMS customer care messages, how consent is collected, and how recipients can opt out.

SMS use

Attoz Capsule may send SMS messages related to service requests, intake continuation links, customer care, account setup, support, consent confirmation, lead alerts, and operational updates. Capsule SMS is not intended for unsolicited marketing or spam.

How consent may be provided

  • Submitting an intake form that includes a phone number and SMS consent language.
  • Calling a Capsule enabled number and choosing to continue the request by text.
  • Replying to a Capsule message or otherwise requesting customer care by SMS.
  • Providing a phone number during business subscriber signup, checkout, onboarding, support, or account administration.

Two Capsule SMS consent flows

Voice AI inbound call consent happens when a caller contacts a Capsule enabled number and confirms that they want to continue by SMS. Voice AI SMS is sent only after the inbound caller confirms consent by saying YES or pressing 1.

Intake form consent happens at the end of an interaction when the customer provides a phone number and agrees to receive a summary or customer care message related to that request.

Sample post-consent SMS

A post-consent message may read: Thanks for calling [Business Name]. Continue your request here: [secure Capsule link]. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Required SMS disclosures

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase unless SMS is necessary for the specific feature or communication path requested.

One summary per completed intake

When SMS consent is given at the end of an intake, Capsule may send one summary SMS for that completed intake. No future SMS messages are sent unless a new request is initiated and consent is given again, except where a user separately requests or agrees to additional customer care messages.

STOP and HELP

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from Capsule for the relevant communication path. Recipients may reply HELP for help. After an opt out, Capsule may retain the phone number and consent status as needed to honor the opt out and comply with messaging obligations.

No sale of SMS consent data

Mobile opt in data, SMS consent records, and phone numbers collected for Capsule messaging are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Business subscriber limits

Business subscribers may not use Capsule SMS for spam, unsolicited marketing, illegal activity, deceptive messages, harassment, impersonation, or communications that violate carrier rules or law. Attoz Corp may suspend or limit SMS access for abuse, risk, provider requirements, or legal compliance.
